The Grasshopper became popular in the mid twentieth century, especially in the United States, known for its bright green colour and dessert like profile. It is a product of a more indulgent era of cocktails.

Made with crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and cream, it is rich, sweet, and unmistakably minty. It leans more toward a dessert drink than a classic aperitif. It is also instantly recognisable.
Why Lush Life Loves It
This is one I only have occasionally, but when I do, it feels like a proper treat. It is indulgent and unapologetically so.
