How to Make the Pisco Sour

The Pisco Sour is one of South America’s most iconic cocktails, with Peru and Chile both claiming it as their own. It combines pisco, lime, sugar, and egg white to create a drink that is both bright and silky.

Pisco Sour

Its signature texture comes from the egg white, giving it a smooth, almost velvety finish. The balance of sharp citrus and gentle sweetness makes it both refreshing and elegant. It is a cocktail that feels as good as it tastes.

Why Lush Life Loves It

The first time I had one done properly, I was completely taken in by the texture. It is one of those drinks that feels a little bit special from the very first sip.
