The Bloody Mary is one of the most recognisable brunch cocktails in the world. Savoury, spiced, and full of character, it is as much about the mix as it is about the presentation.

Its origins are debated, but it has been a staple since the early twentieth century, evolving into countless variations along the way.
Why Lush Life Loves It
This is never my first drink of the day, but when it is the right moment, nothing else comes close. I love how every bar seems to have its own version, and some of them are practically a meal.
