Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Mezcal Union
  • 40 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 10 ml Fino sherry infused with hibiscus
  • 20 ml xilitol cordial
  • 1 piparra
  • Sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  • Top with sparkling water
  • Garnish with a nasturtium leaf and a coffee cloud

    I’ve been to Paradiso a couple of times when I travelled to Barcelona from Melbourne, Aus. This was my favourite cocktail there and can’t wait to make it. Any specific Amaro you recommend? Where did you get the recipe?
