Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Portobello Road London Dry Gin 171
  • 15 ml Giffard Crème de Mure
  • 75 ml Indian Tonic Water
  • Garnish: Rosemary Sprig with icing sugar Blackberries

Instructions
 

  • Add the Gin and Giffard Crème de Mure to a balloon glass with ice
  • Top up with Indian Tonic Water
  • Garnish with the rosemary and blackberries and dust with icing sugar
