The Frozen Margarita became popular in the mid twentieth century as blending machines made their way into bars. It took the classic Margarita and turned it into something colder and more playful.

Blended with ice, it keeps that same balance of tequila, lime, and sweetness but with a softer, more refreshing texture. It is a drink that leans into sunshine and easy afternoons. It is also one of the most recognisable frozen cocktails.
Why Lush Life Loves It
This always makes me think of long, lazy afternoons where no one is checking the time. It is simple, cold, and exactly what you want when it is hot.
