Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Tanqueray 10
  • 10 ml Strawberry Shrub*
  • 100 ml Cedar & Strawberry Tonic**
  • 0.01 g E202 Potassium Sorbate

Instructions
 

  • *Blend the strawberries with Pectinex at 50 degrees for 10 minutes.Transfer to centrifuge and spin for 30 minutes at 4000RPM. Combine the clarified strawberry juice with apple cider vinegar & sugar at a ratio of 3:1:2
  • **Blend the strawberries with Pectinex at 50 degrees for 10 minutes. Transfer to distillation flask and distill at 40 degrees until all the liquid has distilled to the collection flask. Whilst the strawberry juice is distilling, add 1L of tonic water the Ultrasonic Homogeniser with a burnt stave of Cedarwood. Blast on full power for 10 minutes.
  • Once infused, combine the Cedar wood tonic with the distilled strawberry juice in a ratio of 1:1
