There’s no more popular serve this summer than the Limoncello Spritz: a favourite on UK bar menus up and down the country and a refreshing mix to enjoy with friends and family at home. Even better if you add a slice of Sicilian lemon for extra Italian flavour!

75 ml Villa Cardea Limoncello 50 ml Prosecco 25 ml soda water Ice and lemon slices to garnish
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add the Prosecco, then the soda water and finally the Limoncello.
Stir gently and garnish with the lemon.

Ingredients:
100ml water
20ml lemon juice plus grated zest
2 tablespoons of sugar
20ml Villa Cardea Limoncello
Method:
Mix all the ingredients until well combined and the sugar has dissolved.
Pour into ice lolly moulds (2 to 3 depending on their size).
Place in the freezer overnight until completely frozen.
