Described as a twist on the famous Cosmopolitan - it’s inspired by space, exploration of new worlds and obsession with the universe. At Paradiso, this cocktail is served in a futuristic glass and topped with a homemade explosive bonbon filled with red fruit jam and topped with white chocolate. Our recipe can be produced at home but you’ll have to provide your own cool glassware and make your own bonbon!

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 25 ml Amaro Santoni
  • 25 ml Italicus
  • Yogurt blueberries
  • Yogurt raspberry

Instructions
 

  • Mix the following ingredients together in a container
  • Infuse it for 24 hours in the fridge
  • Filter it all through a a cheese cloth.
  • Pour it into your chilled martini glass 
  • Garnish with a jam filled white chocolate if you have one
