- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
- Optional: 1 dash orange bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until very cold.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a thin lime wheel or a quick squeeze of lime peel, if you like.
