Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 1 ounce Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Simple syrup
  • 3-5 mint leaves depending on how much mint you want!
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions
 

  • Place the mint and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle
  • Then add the gin and simple syrup
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Use a fine mesh strainer and strain into a coupe
  • Garnish with a mint leaf
