Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • ½ ounce Cointreau
  • 7 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Champagne or sparkling wine, to top
  • Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add the bourbon, Cointreau, and both bitters to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir until chilled
  • Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  • Top slowly with champagne.
  • Garnish with an orange peel
