  • ¼ oz. simple sugar syrup 1:1
  • ½ oz. pasteurized egg white
  • 2.5 oz. Montanya Distillers Exclusiva Rum
  • Amarena cherry

  • In a shaker, add all the ingredients
  • Add ice and shake
  • Pour over a king ice cube into a rocks glass
