  • 35 ml Sing Gin
  • 25 ml rose water
  • 25 ml grapefruit juice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine or champagne

Instructions
 

  • Combine gin, lemon juice, rose water and grapefruit juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well and strain into a flute glass.
  • Top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
