  • 20 ml Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
  • 10 ml Pear liqueur
  • 50 ml Champagne Brut
  • 2 drops of absinthe
  • Dash of spiced gomme / atomizer of spiced pear water

Instructions
 

  • Add whiskey, liqueur, absinthe and gomme to chilled champagne flute.
  • Top with Champagne.
  • Garnish with Atomised spiced pear water.
