2 oz blanco tequila 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 4 oz Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water Garnish: Lime wedge or wheel, to garnish Ice
Fill a highball or Collins glass with plenty of ice.
Add the tequila and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Top with Topo Chico and give everything a gentle stir.
Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel and serve immediately.
