Ingredients
  

  • 3 strawberries
  • 50 ml King of Soho Variorum gin
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150 ml milk
  • Dash of strawberry ice cream sauce

Instructions
 

  • Swirl the sauce inside a cocktail glass
  • Muddle 2 strawberries in a shaker
  • Add the gin, vanilla extract, milk and a dash of the sauce to the shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake, shake, shake
  • Double strain into the cocktail glass
  • Garnish with a plump, juicy strawberry.
