- 40 ml Lemon Juice
- 40 ml Verbena syrup
Infuse Verbena Leaves with boiling water.
Add equal measure of sugar to make the syrup.
Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
Shake.
Double strain into a champagne coupe.
Garnish with a twist of lemon and a few verbena leaves.
