Ingredients
  

  • 50 mL Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
  • 2-4 Strawberries
  • 4-6 Mint Leaves
  • Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

Instructions
 

  • Place 6 mint leaves and 4 strawberries in the bottom
    of a Highball glass
  • Gently press and muddle together berries and mint
  • Add gin and some tonic water and stir
  • Then add ice and top with remaining tonic
  • Garnish with a mint sprig
