  • 2 oz Daddy Rack
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Cordial
  • 1/3 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Sparkling Wine
  • Handful Of Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a Julep cup, muddle the mint, lime and elderflower cordial
  • Add Daddy Rack Tennessee Straight Whiskey and Sparkling Wine.
  • Fill the Julep cup with crushed ice and stir until frosted.
  • Top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
