Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • ½ oz fresh lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz fresh orange juice
  • ½ oz rosemary simple syrup (see below)
  • 2 dashes orange bitters el
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig + dehydrated orange whe

Rosemary Simple Syrup:

  • Combine ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, steep for 30 seconds, and strain.

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, orange juice, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and bitters.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over ice.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange wheel.
