2 oz London Dry Gin ½ oz fresh lemon Juice ¾ oz fresh orange juice ½ oz rosemary simple syrup (see below) 2 dashes orange bitters el Garnish: rosemary sprig + dehydrated orange whe Rosemary Simple Syrup: Combine ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat, steep for 30 seconds, and strain.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, orange juice, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and bitters.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange wheel.
