Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml Cardrona Growing Wings Whisky
  • A dash of Angostura bitters
  • Bundaberg ginger beer
  • Fresh ginger and a wedge of lime to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a highball glass, add whisky, ice and a dash of bitters.
  • Stir slowly
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh ginger and a wedge of fresh lime.
