Caffè Florian in Venice is the oldest cafe in Europe! The Red Sighs is one of its newest cocktails and was launched at Venice Cocktail Week 2022. The photo is by my friend @martino.dini!

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml Gin dei Sospiri
  • 20 ml Select
  • Tè Florian Venezia 1720 in infusione or Chai Tea

Instructions
 

  • Add ice and then shake shake shake.
  • Then strain it into a martini glass 
  • Garnish with an orange peel and then say cincin!
