Ingredients
  

  • 40 ml Avallen
  • 10 ml apricot brandy
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml sugar syrup
  • Top ginger beer & dry cider
  • Garnish: candied ginger & lime

Instructions
 

  • In a highball glass filled with ice, add all ingredients except ginger beer and cider.
  • Gently stir the drink.
  • Top with half ginger beer and half cider.
  • Garnish with candied ginger & lime
