Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey
  • 1 Teaspoon Merlet Crème de Peche
  • 8 ml Bénédictine
  • 2 Dashes Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Decanter Bitters

Instructions
 

  • Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir.
  • Serve into a tumbler glass with a block of ice
  • Express a lemon peel over the cocktail and discard peel.
