- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Egg white optional
- 15 ml Ruby port
- Cherry
Add the Lot 40, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker
Shake as hard as you can
Add ice
Shake, shake, shake
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Slowly pour the Ruby port over the back of a bar spoon.
You'll see the port float on top of the cocktail in a layer at the top
