It was a natural progression for our guest today to go from wine drinker to Master Sommelier. Once he left Puglia and arrived at the Stafford London, Gino Nardella knew he would never leave.

He has seen Londoners transform from beer guzzlers to wine sippers. Even the wines we choose have changed from Old World to New. From the Stafford’s 320-year-old wine cellar, Gino is with us today to mull over his past 30 years and what the future of wine holds.
