- 50ml Roe & Co
- 30ml peach purée
- 25ml lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon of lavender-infused honey
- 25ml egg white
- 1 pinch chocolate powder
- Shaken without ice, to emulsify egg white, then again with ice.
- Strain and serve in a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnished with bee pollen, angostura bitters and cut flowers.
