Roe & Co Irish Whiskey Peaches & Cream

Ingredients

  • 50ml Roe & Co
  • 30ml peach purée
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon of lavender-infused honey
  • 25ml egg white
  • 1 pinch chocolate powder

Instructions

  1. Shaken without ice, to emulsify egg white, then again with ice.
  2. Strain and serve in a Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Garnished with bee pollen, angostura bitters and cut flowers.
