How hard work can lead to the perfect Irish coffee

How hard work can lead to the perfect Irish coffee

What a pleasant coincidence it is to have James Goggin, Brand Advocacy Manager of Maverick Drinks, on the show the week of St. Patrick’s Day – I promise it wasn’t planned. Like a true seanchaí, he weaves the tale of his life in such a way that, even an hour after, you are still eager for more.

A born bon-vivant who makes a mean Irish Coffee, James left his small village in County Carlow, for continents far and away.  After conquering New Zealand’s bar (and IT) scene, he is back this side of the world to spread the word about Maverick Drinks’ Craft Spirits.

Don’t miss his recipe for Teeling Irish Coffee here.

Who’s on tap next:

Next time we are with the extraordinary team behind Liquid Intellect. Thank goodness, Charles Roche and Eleanor Holcroft met because if not there would be no Cookie Dough Old Fashioned nor Jam Doughnut Negronis in the world and that would be very sad.
