Epsom Derby
A take on the Kentucky institution, the Mint Julep, but with a touch of Surrey, England! A homage to Never Say Die, the first Kentucky born horse to win the Epsom Derby!

- Nick and Nora Glass
Ingredients
- 40 ml Never Say Die Small-Batch Bourbon
- 30 ml pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- Garnish: 8-10 mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
- Shake for at least 15 seconds
- Strain into glass and garnish
