The Between the Sheets dates back to the early twentieth century and is often seen as a variation on the Sidecar, with the addition of rum. It carries that same balance of citrus, spirit, and sweetness but with an extra layer of complexity.

Combining cognac, rum, orange liqueur, and lemon, it is bright but with more depth than you might expect. The rum softens the edges while the cognac keeps it grounded. It is a cocktail that feels both classic and slightly decadent.
Why Lush Life Loves It
I always think this is a great twist on a Sidecar when you want something a little more interesting. It feels familiar, but with just enough going on to keep you paying attention.
