Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Pisco
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

  • Add ice to the martini glass and keep to side to chill
  • Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  • Remove the ice from the martini glass
  • Double strain the contents of shaker into glass
  • Garnish with basil leaves and dehydrated pineapple crumb.
