This holiday season, Silent Pool Gin and I are sharing a few of my favorite recipes! They are easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Wintery and Christmas
INGREDIENTS
50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml Mulled wine cordial
METHOD
Stir all ingredients together with cubed ice
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with red currants, icing sugar and tinsel
Chocolatey and Wintery
INGREDIENTS
50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml Mozart Dry Chocolate Liqueur
50ml single cream
15ml gomme syrup
METHOD
Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice
Double strain into a chilled coupette glass
Grate nutmeg and chocolate on top
Short and Strong
INGREDIENTS
25ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac
15ml Blackberry syrup
Dash orange bitters
15ml kummel
METHOD
Shake all ingredients together
Strain into a chilled rocks glass that has been rinsed with Kummel
Garnish with flamed lemon zest
Silent Pool Gin Hot Toddy Twist

INGREDIENTS
25ml Silent Pool Gin
125ml Cloudy apple juice
20ml Spiced syrup
Half a thumbnail of butter
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a pan and heat to drinking temperature
Whisk to serve, or add to a domestic milk frother and push goÂ
