Diageo Reserve’s super premium gin, Tanqueray No. TEN has partnered with Oblix East to create an immersive drinking experience – the Oblix Tanqueray No. TEN Treehouse.
Launching today, Monday, 20 November, Tanqueray No. TEN will transform Oblix East into the heart of a treehouse, with a twisted tree trunk sprawling out from the bar, fairy lights and trinkets including a telescope to allow guests to take in London’s night sky, and a wall of Tanqueray No. TEN botanical infusions.
A specially curated menu, created by Oblix East Bar Manager, Aaron Masonde, will feature for the duration of the five-week long partnership. Drawing inspiration from the treehouse and citrus botanicals of Tanqueray No. TEN, the menu will include a number of limited-edition drinks including The Firefly, featuring lime and lemongrass, complementing the grapefruit flavours in the Tanqueray No. TEN gin, alongside sparkling wine and luminous foam. The tangled tree branch effect adorning the Treetops Club cocktail adds to the treehouse experience, whilst the ingredients including lemon, blackcurrant and egg whites shines a light on the Oblix East bar team’s creative approach to cocktails.
On Saturday 2nd December, the Oblix Tanqueray No. TEN Treehouse will play host to a ticketed Late-Night Party where treehouse inspired cocktails will be served alongside paired canapé-style bar snacks from the Oblix East kitchen. On the night, World Class bartender, Jamie Jones, will also host a bar takeover.
Promising a unique alternative to a typical festive experience, the Oblix Tanqueray No. TEN Treehouse will be live from 20th November until the 27th December at Oblix East: the more casual dining and bar area that overlooks Tower Bridge, The City and beyond.
