How to Create a Concerto in Your Cocktail Glass

“Please Sir, I want some more.”  We all know who said that iconic phrase, right? After today’s episode, Oliver Twist move aside, because Timothy Ching has stolen it from you! Wowing the judges and crowd at 2017’s Beefeater MIXLDN competition, Timothy Ching grabbed the crown with his London-centric, cocktail creation entitled “Please Sir, I want some more.”

Born to compete, this concert pianist swapped his piano for his Pisco and hasn’t looked back. First, mastering the art of flair bartending and then the art of mixology, Timothy has the lucky combination of a natural showman and an endless perfectionist. All this led up to his Dickensian classic winning the title, before returning home to Hong Kong.
